Velikar's real weapon

In Dungeon #118 Shadow of the Abyss on page 54, Velikar has a Full Attack stat using a +3 unholy morningstar but later on in his Possessions description and in his Tactis on the same page it says +1 unholy morningstar.
Which is it?

The stat block seems to reflect a +3 unholy morning star. Looking back in the original manuscript I see that it was a +1 unholy morning star. So it looks like he got an upgrade during the editorial process, and it just didn't translate down into the "possessions" line.

So as is, it's a +3 weapon. If you want it to be a +1 weapon change his Atk bonus to +25 and his damage bonus to +18.

In the tactics section you can read that Velikar bumbs his morningstar to +3 with an extended greater magic weapon every day.
