Temperate environment is the name of the game in Age of Worms, for the most part. There'll be at least one adventure set in a tropical region.
As for terrains covered: hills, swamps, cities, jungle, islands, and canyons are all in the mix in some degree or the other.
There won't be any planar travel.

There will indeed be dungeons. They won't as a general rule, be as large as those in "Shackled City" but there should be a "dungeon" in every adventure (althoguh the dungeons in a few will be fairly small). And althoguh there will be caves, it's unlikely that any of those caves will reach the Underdark... they might, though.
As for no planar travel... part of the reason for this decision was because we didn't want to do the same thing we did with "Shackled City" (which had a fair amount of planar travel) and because we wanted to see if we could do an entire campaign without resorting to the other planes. I think you'll like the result.
Oh... a third reason: We want the campaign to be as portable to different campaigns as we can. Once we start adding in planar travel, it makes it more difficult to port to other campaigns, depending on which outer plane we use.
