Old Dragon Article on lizardfolk

I remember having a copy of an issue of Dragon that had an article about variant types of lizardfolk...I know that this was pre 3.0, so its a bit of an older issue...but I just can't remember exactly what number it was! They had variants based on different real-life reptiles and I was looking to get that issue so I can convert some of them to 3.5 for a campaign I'm starting...any help wit this would rock!

If it is the one I am thinking of, it would be Dragon's Beastiary article in Dragon #268. Lizard men from crocodile, gecko, iguana, and komodo dragon/monitor lizard species. I really liked that submission and used it with very nice success in flavoring up a jungle game.

You are correct haha...I did some searching on this site and looked at some of the old issues i knew I used to have and that one was it. thanks though! i loved the idea of the different types of lizardfolk...they'll bring some interesting flavor to the campaign i think
