Hi there at Paizo!
This is Guenther from Germany.
Yes, the same Guenther who grew a worse and worse nuisance for everyone at Paizo having "customer duty" or willing to have a closer look at the message boards. I complained quite uninhibitedly and "loudly" about the unreliable (I never received any issue so far) delivery.
But now it is my turn to add something positive (for a change?):
On 01.18. I received Dungeon #119, on 01.21. Dragon #328, just one day later all the remaining (missing) issues of both magazines in one big package, plus a letter of apology including the information that my subscription is being prolonged by one issue for free!
I am not a person who holds grief for long (germanism?), so I am willing to give Paizo a new chance (magnanimous, am I not? :p). Offering that additional subscription issue for free is a nice guesture and makes me realize that Paizo is very aware of its european readership's feelings and takes them seriously.
This might sound simple minded, but I am aware of the fact, that this bonus issue costs Paizo dearly.
Assuming that delivery will continue to be as fast and reliable as it is right now, I am looking forward to many more years as both Dragon and Dungeon reader - as a subscriber.
Wishing as positive an experience for all other european subscribers,
Guenther
