What is this bullsh*t with renewal of current subscriptions? My first indication of my subscription running out was an email stating that my subscription had already expired!!! No warnings, no postcards in the previous few issues. According to an email I rec'd from David Neri, even if I renew today I will miss an issue. What is that?! Through no fault of my own and following the info I receive from Paizo I will still miss an issue of a magazine I want. This might explain loss of readership.

Problem solved with customer service this morning. Thanks.
Glad to hear your problem was solved.
I'm curious, though. We typically send out two renewal notices by mail, and one or two by email before the subscription actually expires. Nevertheless, every once in a while we get someone like yourself who says they never received any renewal notices.
Are other people finding that their subs are expiring without prior notice?
If there are cracks in the system, we want to find them and fix them.
On a related note, we are beginning to bundle additional renewal notices with the magazines themselves, which should help a lot.

Robert,
That's correct, I did not receive any warning. The first indication was an email that my subscription had already expired. The second notice was a post mail again informing me that my subscription had already expired. But nothing before expiration. If I remember correctly, last year I had no problem, at some point I was informed and was able to renew in time.

I have tried off and on for a couple months to find out online when mine expire, and 4 phone calls later i find out my email was spelled wrong by the person who entered it, and I had no password.
Finally got all that fixed, only to find out, ya, mine are both expired - Dungeon, and Dragon both - and when I try to renew last night, it gave me some error about not having that priveledge or permission or some such.
Well trying again now, we'll see what happens.

Was finally able to procede from shopping cart to checkout, did not have the "insufficient privileges" error again, was able to enter shipping address and billing/payment info and process order.
I was just about to post that I fixed the problem, and ask you to try again, but you beat me to the punch. Ah well, glad to see its working

Problem solved with customer service this morning. Thanks.
Good to hear it. I have the same problem. I received an email saying my subscription had expired. I renewed that day. Then I got a letter saying it expired and I would not get issue #119. I emailed customer service but have not gotten a reply. Am I going to need to call as well?

Hi Richard,
You don't need to call Customer Service about your subscription because I just checked and everything is fine. You should be able to view your active subs when you click on "My Subscriptions" above.
We've finally been able to start including renewal and expired letters with the magazines. We are hopeful that this will elliminate the problem some of you seem to be having as of late with not receiveing notice of your expiring subscription in time to renew.
