Enterprize Comics, Etc. was founded back in 1981 in Bellows Falls, VT. After just over a year in that location a tragic fire destroyed the store and everything was lost.
Upon reopening, in 1983, Tim chose to relocate to Keene and a found a small space on Roxbury Street. During the late eighties and early nineties the business grew to three stores. One in Manchester; one in Milford and the flagship in Keene. In 1995 the stores were consolidated and the stores in Manchester and Milford stores were closed and the Keene store moved to a larger space on Main Street. In 2003, Tim temporarily closed the Keene store as well, vowing to reopen as soon as possible; he kept his foot in the industry by maintaining a presence at conventions in New England.
During the years that followed reopening was constantly a topic of conversation and in 2014 Tracy started planning the detailed logistics of when/where to reopen. The landlords of The Colony Mill seemed to be trying to boost it back to its former glory. They had a great space available at the southern end, and so, in April of 2015 Tracy and Tim reopened in The Colony Mill Marketplace. Unfortunately in December 2016 the landlords gave up and chose to convert it into apartments.
Tracy and Tim set out on the challenge of finding a new location. When the news of the Mill closure went public Tim and Tracy were approached by their new landlords and found the current space at 109B Key Road, Keene, NH and are very happy with the location.
