As other reviews have mentioned, the volume of errors in the pregens is staggering, illegal items, missing feats, plenty of missing class features... I was tempted to say that maybe they should not have attempted to create level 10 NPCs for something like this, if the author is to inexperienced with PF2 but...
In general, having run these kinds of things in stores to support Free RPG Day, I think level 10 characters are absolutely overwhelming to new players.
Even outside the level range and the messy quality of the pregens, the adventure is underwhelming in other areas:
The story is, in theory, straightforward, but very short. Finding that that chest with the very, very very specific items that can help the players in the boss fight (if they remember to actually attach these to their weapons and do not use them earlier) feels like a deus ex machina.
The fight against the bears might be okay if the traps was not selective in their targeting, and in any case, the bears just look ridiculous.
They might be an existing monster but their use in the scenario and artwork just looks silly.
The Dragon could potentially kill the entire party if the GM plays it aggressively, and some of the choices with the pregens also do not set up the players for success (even if you fix the pregens).
The custom map is really not adding much either.
