I received the shipping confirmation email for this product in my subscription, but there is no PDF copy in my Downloads

It looks like it could be a while if it happens at all. Every subscription map from December through June is a flip-mat.

Pathfinder Lost Omens Subscriber

Since the PDFs for this one aren’t out yet, can I make a request that they include both print and screen resolution (300/150 PPI) as well as grids and gridless versions?

I both play in person and online, and I have a good printer. So getting these as PDF/PNG allows me great flexibility.

Also, do these match up with forest, or with the caverns?

They are out, but apparently not every subscriber got them.

Is this a different product than "Monster Lairs Expansion Set"? It says it is an expansion of the Villain Lairs Starter set.

For some reason the pdf version isn't showing up on my downloads (long term maps subscriber) and e-mails to customer support have so far not gotten any replies. Anyone knows what's going on?

I have it too, for this product and the Starfinder Flip-Mat Metropolis. Tech support knows about the problem, but they have no resolution yet, according to the last email I read. (Morning of 2022-12-05)

I apologize if this has already been answered elsewhere, but I have the same question as Magic Square: is this an expansion of the Villain Lairs starter set, or is it a stand-alone expansion that can be used with other tile sets (like the Wilderness and Forest sets)? Thanks

Is there still aproblem with the pdf versions of Pathfinder Flip-Tiles: Monster Lairs and Starfinder Flip-Mat: Metropolis?

I tried to check the forums only to find that the Customer Service Forum is now defunct! It was a great resource for following the progress of ongoing issues without having to bother customer support.

My subscription order states "Download not available"
