Am I wrong or wasn't this a 1e version of this product? Or one similar I seem to remember doing a review about a product like this for pathfinder 1e

You're not wrong.

PF1 Version.

In fact, you did a review of it in 2011.

This version is longer and has more items, so there's obviously a bit more to it than just conversion of the original.
