High AC unarmored Barbarian?

Will we see a Barbarian with decent AC without the use of armor similar to how the Monks do it?

Doubt it. Best you're likely to get regarding the naked barbarian build is DR and/or a high amount of HP to assist in face tanking.

Well, one of the head people at Paizo really loves this concept and was disappointed with trying it in 1e. I would hope this can influence 2e development, since this does sound really cool! 5E Barb CON to AC.

Having a low AC in the new system is going to be significantly more of a negative than it was in the first edition, with the new crit system. But it would be cool if Barbarians got good reaction feats for power attacking back after they critically hit, even if the hit drops them.

Until we know how armor proficiency works, it seems really hard to know how easy it would be to do something like this.

Man I hope so, because that would be awesome.
