Utilizing the chase rules can be a fun and dynamic way to approaching encounters that would otherwise boil down to comparing movement speed. However, compiling obstacles for a chase can be a difficult experience. And while there are plenty of sources of premade chase cards for you to choose from, these chase cards can fall prey to being difficult to interact with or being to rigid in their check DCs. This book offers 25 new chase obstacles designed to be interacted with in multiple ways, have varying degrees of success, and which highlight the exotic features a chase in a fantasy setting might have.
