If you don't own these data packages, we have included a core file that works without them with slightly reduced functionality.

I've installed it per the instructions but can't find the check box in the Configure Your Hero settings to allow ponyfinder content. I've double checked the instructions and am sure that I installed it properly.

I've seen recently on sites like DrivethruRPG where Silver Games was releasing HeroLab extensions for PDFs they haven't released as yet. Is this simply an error or are they going Herolab-only from now on?

Nah, David said on the forums the PDFs are being worked on. The layout person is just busy. (I think there are several at once, and that's probably part of the holdup.)
