I have a PDF in my downloads called Kingdom of Legend: Treasure Fleet of Zheng He (PFRPG). Is this the same version with a slightly different name or are there differences between the two? The description seems to describe my version exactly.

Almost the same thing.
Think of the first version as a free preview in which we added stats for the Chinese junks to match the "Fast Play Ship Combat" rules from the Paizo GameMastery Guide.
In the second (no longer free) version, we added a few pages to include new, different stat blocks for the ships using the new rules provided in Paizo's Ultimate Combat book (along with the Fast Play stat blocks from before). We also included a few updates to gunpowder based weaponry (originally published in Kingdoms of Legend: All Hands on Deck!), again taking the lead from the new gunpowder rules presented in Ultimate Combat.
