I one player Requested to have a Friendly rivalry with a Character base of of lancer from Fate Stay Night , who himself is base on the Irish mythic spear wielding hero

I need help building him
as i am unsure what level to make him. the player who requested this is level 9

I am thinking some sort of fighter

I am willing to bend a few rules such as letting bladed brush work with A long spear and since the gods are the normal pathfinder gods in my game it could not be that bad.

I am thinking lorewarden / Advance weapon training and keeping him dex based but i could use some input on this

also i want to make him a big hardeier in the wealth deparment with items than a normal Npc but not sure what is to much

Try spear dancing style https://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/combat-feats/spear-dancing-reach-combat/

A little intensive what with twf and weapon finesse, but it gives you good flexibility since you get double weapon with reach while giving extra attacks
For class I think a bloodrager with vestige bloodline would be worth looking into, you won't get quite as many feats but you do get spells (like his runes) rage (like his warp spasm), fast movement (lancer is faster than most heroes) and a cool bloodline legacy (since hes supposed to be the son of a god) the only rule bend I could think is to have bloodrage work like it does for unchained bloodrager so it's more compatible with weapon finesse

Yeah, I started looking at how that is usually done as well, they increase at the exact same rate.

In PFS you aren't able to enchant the black blade, as it becomes considered a custom item at that point instead of the class feature it is up until you do that. Wasn't able to find any non-PFS answer to it, so I will just have to talk to my GM to figure out what he would allow.

i think that an alchemist could use arcane strike with the way its worded
Arcane Strike (Combat)
You draw upon your arcane power to enhance your weapons with magical energy.
Prerequisite: Ability to cast arcane spells.
Benefit: As a swift action, you can imbue your weapons with a fraction of your power. For 1 round, your weapons deal +1 damage and are treated as magic for the purpose of overcoming damage reduction. For every five caster levels you possess, this bonus increases by +1, to a maximum of +5 at 20th level.
it says that the caster imbues some of their power into an attack, mechanically speaking an alchemist already does something similar as the advanced player's guide states that an alchemist puts a fraction of magical aura into his bombs, extracts, and mutagens. so theoretically they could do the same thing but with other weapons
