I am looking for some advice on a Pure two-weapon warrior build. Multiclassing or prestige classes are not allowed.

How would be the best way to build him out, feats, traits etc as well as what would i be looking at damage as I go.
A couple of things that are being forced on this character, initial race ability scores are being modified to +2int +2dex -2cha regardless of race and he will be using Long Swords as the primary weapon. He does have the option to use a short sword for off hand as well.
Point buy in for the character is epic fantasy.
Other than that its free play, how can I max this char out and do the most damage possible within the restraints I have here.
