Did you go to the Checkout page and then back out only to go back to the Checkout again? This happened to me (and on a previous time as well).

I wish they would fix this bug and PUT A SUBTOTAL ON THE CART TOO! It bothers me that I have to go to the last step to see how much I'm going to pay.

That may have been it but nothing seems to clear it. Doe's anyone know if the paizo advantage overrides the discount?
