Imagine "combat" as being in your car.

You have an ability to accelerate REALLY fast when you press the gas pedal if you press a special button in your car.

Now outside of "combat" you're outside of your car. You cannot press your button, it is inside the car.

You can at a later point in time, get back into the car, press your button and then gas pedal to accelerate really fast again.

Well if we have a lot of down time....

Step 1: buy regular weapons.
Step 2: Cast blood money.
Step 3: Cast Masterwork Transformation.
Step 4: ??????
Step 5: Profit.

Spend some of your money to pay for lesser restorations to heal your ability dmg or wait until the next day.
Masterwork weapons cost +300gp from regular. Even if you sell at 1/2 value each masterwork weapon gets you 150gp.
Next find someone who can cast lesser restoration to help you.

At level 3 when you can start this, you can reasonably cast this 2x/day for 300gp/day.

if psionics are allowed...Goliath race has powerful build.

masterwork transformation takes 1 hour to cast...

blood money lasts for that same round. i'd say it wouldn't work.

dang what is this build? full attack and move sounds awesome.

from what i gather looking at others trying to extend spell lingering spell...the answer is the original spell is still instantaneous. so you can apply select spell. lingering evocation does not apply.

lingering evocation and selective spell are mutually exclusive. you can only have one or the other. not both.

you can't have a single spell be both "instantaneous" to apply selective spell and have a duration to apply lingering evocation.

Lingering spell metamagic says:

"Those already in the area suffer no additional harm, but other creatures or objects entering the area are subject to its effects."

So even if you use lingering evocations on a lingering spell fireball, only the initial fireball damage would be dealt unless a creature outside specifically moves into the fireball.
