Multiple applications of a disease don’t stack, though you have to read poisons to learn this.

Unlike other afflictions, multiple doses of the same poison stack.
So, once you get someone diseased that’s it. Multiple attacks just gives multiple chances for the target to become infected.

Thanks, i didn't realize that rhe infusion specifically metions that it is a disease effect.

Basically iv'e been lately learning about the kineticist, and one archetype caught my attention; the elemental ascetic (a flurry of blows melee only blast archetype). However it seems quite lacking, so I looked for blast infusions that could apply several times. I found the spore infusion:

Element wood; Type substance infusion; Level 5; Burn 3
Associated Blasts autumn, spring, summer, verdant, winter, wood
Saving Throw Fortitude negates
Creatures that take piercing or slashing damage from your blast are infected with spores. If a target fails its Fortitude save, it takes 1d6 points of damage per round for 10 rounds as plants and fungi grow out of its body. At the end of that time, the target is exposed to the pulsing puffs disease. This infusion is a disease effect. When using a wood kinetic blast against a creature infected by this infusion, you gain a +2 bonus on attack rolls, to saving throw DCs, and on caster level checks to overcome spell resistance.

Pulsing Puffs: Blast—injury; save Fort DC 18; onset 1 minute; frequency 1/day; effect 1d6 Dex damage; cure 2 consecutive saving throws.

Since the elemental ascetic hits several times with his blast infused unarmed strikes, it should apply several times the effect unless im missing something. Does it work that way? Surely a normal kineticist could only apply this effect once due or twice each turn and it woulden't seem op then, but this could be the only way to make elemental ascetic viable compared with other archetypes.

Is there any reason why the log term damage from the spore infusion can't stack several times and deal several d6/round?
