Well that! That's one heck of an iconic pose! Looking forward this being illustrated by Mr. Reynolds in a future iconic character or even for an existing iconic character. The table is now open for iconic character suggestions . . . off the bat I could see Valeros with his mug (instead of the gauntlet) with Merisiel doing Erik's colleague's pose :D

Loved the way this was written though of course the end was heartbreaking which I personally would have liked otherwise but then again I think the point is the ultimate love of Caron which was excellently realized here.

I pity the urdefhans for I believe that Caron's death would be the day when their extinction starts. I love the choice of seven children for Caron's life, it'd make a great starting party who will start a crusade against the urdefhans. With the new Advance class guide, a group of slayers would make short work of those despicable creatures! Man I really felt bad for caron so I do hope those children at least live their lives fully but then again Caron's sacrifice is unconditional so I think the children shouldn't feel obligated. Ok it's pretty obvious I'm all worked up with the ending but I think that's a testament how Mr. Savile did a superb job here.

Couldn't yet wrap me head around what a skald is really all about but that uber smashing Hakon illustration speaks profound volumes that seem to fire my imagination! That horn! Those axes! And that mean-looking viking look! This Hakon skald is one mean Drizzt sort of guy! Love it!

Mr. Reynolds, sir. You've delivered another excellent art here! If I were a kender,I'd be giving you my topknot right now.

So far Quinn and this skald's my favorite :)

I bought the 1st digital episode of this series due to the discounted price as I find the regular price too steep and resigned myself to being content with just having the first one. Though it truly leaves me wanting more as I have not played nor read the original AP so I have no idea of the plot details.

I was overjoyed then when the 2nd episode offered another discounted price. The 2nd one has a much better story than the first one. I could not pinpoint at first why I felt the first episode seems wanting. The voice acting and production quality are truly excellent after all. I have to hand it that paizo seems to have truly picked out a high calibre production outfit. I don't know who the big name actors & actresses in the voice drama field but I bet the ones in this series are those ones or at the very least at par with them.

In any case even with these excellent voice acting, I seem to sense that the first episode was not "up there yet" so to speak; like as if these voice actors and actresses were underused.

And lo!In the skinsaw murders,i think finally this episode has hit the perfect spot! I believe this should always be the benchmark going forward for this series. The characterizations are way better, valeros, merisiel, ezren, harsk, even lisa the ghoul, and of course the "your lordship triumvirate".Bear in mind that I have no idea about this AP and the reveal at the end was one of the most satisfying scenes I've ever enjoyed! This is the perfect example of one great actor playing one great character.

I do hope that the next ones in the series would have the same good story as I've said the voice players are of high caliber already. They deserve to act out the same high calibre of a story.

Thanks again Paizo for always looking out for excellent quality in the product lines you branch out to. You truly are here for the long haul, methinks.

This is the best iconic character for me so far. I can't help it but for me Quinn is way cooler than Jeggare & Radovan.

He's a cool sherlock & a gambit-like batman combined. And that art nails the character down perfectly: "a quick wit, a righteous heart, and a stylish coat".

The author who would be writing his novel would really have a tremendous amount of pressure living up to the art & the background.

I was not looking forward on buying this upcoming rulebook at all but Quinn has sold me to it. Darn you paizo for ruining my budget again!
