Last time my party checked...

There's a lvl 20 Order of the Godclaw Hellknight already living there with some very powerful friends, goblins, pets, and other hirelings...the group who decided to take it over either waited till the owners weren't home, or made a very bad deal with a fey to take it over...either way, I do not reccomend!
