"Sleep" on AoN

So I'm not looking for creatures that would attack PCs while they are sleeping. As the title states, I'm looking at creatures that have the ability to affect dreams or sleep cycles (ie- people can't sleep, people plagued by nightmares, people can't wake up.)

To give more context, I'm looking for something or someone capable of affecting a large group of people (at least a village). One of the characters has Queen Mab as a patron, and someone stealing her shtick would definitely warrant a response from someone beholden to her.

I've added spellcasters, dream naga, nightmare and dream dragons to the list of possible culprits.

Anyone know of any besides night hags?

So the PCs currently own a manor. I want the PCs to be able to train manor NPCs with additional skills and levels as the PCs themselves level. The PCs will have to spend gold and time doing this. The aim of this is to allow the PCs to be able to increase manor security and manor economy as they themselves grow in power- it doesn't make sense for level 15 characters to have level 1 guards.

I've looked under hirelings and the kingdom building rules and can't seem to find anything that would provide guidelines for what I am trying to do. If any more experienced GMs have ideas, I'd love to hear them. I don't want my mechanic to be too easily exploitable or require exorbitant amounts of gold to get quality improvements in their manor.

So anyone want to post some advice that's actually helpful?

So, here's the background- I am running a Pathfinder game based somewhat on the PC game Diablo (mostly the first game). I am wondering what I can do to build horror atmosphere on a roll20+Discord game. The characters are level 16 now, so it's getting hard to scare either the PCs or their players. I know music and sound effects can help, and I've already done that. What other ideas do you have?

What are some good pranks for a cat-sith to play on player characters? Besides stealing their food.
