Actually I have 2 questions though their both very similar
Do the Elf favored class bonus for arcanist and the new feat extra reservoir increase both the amount regained per day AND the maximum?
The elf bonus says it increases the total by 1.
I'm just confused since the gnome FCB only adds 1/6th to the amount regained per day. If the elf adds to both, its probably the strongest race for arcanist then isn't it?
Sorry if this is a duplicate post, I did try searching for the answer first though.
