i was aiming for a cr 4 critter, there are supposed to be 4 of these in a room to fight a group of 6 pc's but i think i made them a bit too tough...
sin-eaters:
wicked creatures of hell that are a subspecies of kyton. In their true form they are gaunt, mealy mouthed creatures with pallid yet supple flesh. Their mouths are filled with long, wicked barb-like teeth that constantly cut their mouths causing them to ooze ichorous blood. They live to feed on the flesh of the innocent, but tainting the souls of the innocent then consuming them truly nourishes them and sates their hunger for a while.

Vile Eatery:
Sin-eaters graft horrific eating utensils on to the tips of their fingers where their claws used to be. This unearthly silverware easily rends flesh and tears through bone, leaving horrid gashes with the simplest touch. (bleed, rend) if removed from their hands the cutlery acts as masterwork silverware priced at 100g per full set.
Unnerving appearance
The very sight of these horrid creatures can unnerve even the mightiest warrior. 60 ft radius, shaken DC 15 will sv negates.
