Hi guys, I have a questions about Armor spikes

Is that working like Constrict when Grapple? will deals extra piercing damage every time when I makes a successful grapple?

So...the rider shouldn't lose their Dex/Dodge bonuses when giant gecko climb because they use the climbing speed of giant gecko?


So I'm riding a giant gecko, it has climbing speed. But when it climbed the wall, DM said I was climbing too, so I lose my Dexterity bonus to AC.
I did a lots research, but couldn't find any rules about that.
Anyone know anything about that? Thanks a lot!
