good morning to all
My debate with my master yesterday was adout dex to damage for thworing dagger and weapon-finesse-mythic (by RAW as we play)
the rules states:
"When using Weapon Finesse, you may also use your Dexterity modifier instead of your Strength modifier on your damage rolls. If you carry a shield, its armor check penalty doesn’t apply to either the attack rolls or the damage rolls."
I assume the dagger as "finessable" weapon enev when throw.
reading basic weapon finesse feat:
"With a light weapon, elven curve blade, rapier, whip, or spiked chain made for a creature of your size category, you may use your Dexterity modifier instead of your Strength modifier on attack rolls. If you carry a shield, its armor check penalty applies to your attack rolls."

Dagger is light, is still a melee weapon and can be throwed, no reference to melee attack, i "may" use dexterity even i already use it for throwing.
I assume "using weapon finesse" during a dagger throw so i argue this and i consider dex instead of str for damage.
does it have sense for you?
thank toy for any comments.
