Brazilian here.
Considering that Devir has the Pathfinder license for so many years, and so far has released just the Core Rulebook, Bestiary and We Are Goblins (all selled for prices higher than the option to import the english books, and considering that We Be Goblins is free and was selled by Devir...) in almost 10 years of the game, WE REALLY DON'T WANT DEVIR to take Pathfinder 2nd Edition license.
If Paizo sell the PF2 license to Devir, it'd be just another dead game in Brazil, where we are 207 million and only 5% of the population speak english... So, PLEASE, PAIZO, DO NOT SELL PATHFINDER SECOND EDITION TO DEVIR!!! Devir just don't care about us, don't sell the books. We NEVER found even the books she translated in the stores, and even online is hard to buy; and for record, these books have a very bad quality of translation (a LOT of errors and mistakes) and design/paper/images, to say at least.
Devir just don't have a open channel to speak with the fans, rarely give answers and, when they do (once in a million), it's just evasive, meaningless phrases...
So, Paizo, please please please please, don't sell Pathfinder Second Edition to Devir. They don't care about the game, the fans, or even money (since it's a discarted market opportunity in a 207 million country).
We have a lot of other competent, excellent publishers here. I, by myself, prefer New Order Editora (http://newordereditora.com.br / neworder@nerordereditora.com.br), who has a really open communication channel with the fans, release a lot of books and has published a lot of bigger games, as 13th Age, Numenera, 7th Sea, Shadowrun, Call of Cthulhu, Legend of Five Rings and many others.
A good option would also be Pensamento Coletivo, which has published Shadow of the Demon Lord and Interface Zero (http://www.pensamentocoletivo.com.br).
Please, just don't sell it to Devir (and I'd not sell it to Redbox too, which has legal problems in the court due to some mess with D&D 5e)
