I've taken it to mean along the road labeled Farmlands in Abomination Vault part 1, which would be the southeastern one. In my campaign it winds past the farms and through some seaside fields, with an offshoot to the fishing camp, before eventually joining again with the Absalom road, not far from where Location B1 in Trouble in Otari is located.
