![]() Would a monk using this spell be able to bypass damage reduction as per the Ki strike ability? At 4th level, ki strike allows his unarmed attacks to be treated as magic weapons for the purpose of overcoming damage reduction. At 7th level, his unarmed attacks are also treated as cold iron and silver for the purpose of overcoming damage reduction. At 10th level, his unarmed attacks are also treated as lawful weapons for the purpose of overcoming damage reduction. At 16th level, his unarmed attacks are treated as adamantine weapons for the purpose of overcoming damage reduction and bypassing hardness. ![]()
![]() Ran this last night. It was fun and players has a good time. The mechanics of the last two encounters is indepth and takes some study to do properly. Timing is key. I feeel that a GM really needs to get a good sense of the the players at the table before the last two encounters. If you don't it will be a walk (like my table was) or a TPK (like the table across the room was). ![]()
![]() LazarX, I see your point on pearls of power. But runestones only work for spontaneous casters. Once per day, a spontaneous caster can draw upon a runestone of power to cast a spell—doing so is part of the spellcasting action, and expends that runestone’s power for the day rather than one of the spellcaster’s actual spell slots for the day. And Arcanists are not spontaneous casters in the strictest sense. An arcanist must prepare her spells ahead of time, but unlike a wizard, her spells are not expended when they’re cast. Instead, she can cast any spell that she has prepared, assuming she hasn’t yet used up her spells per day for that level. By this logic they could use neither. Is this right or am I missing info on the class? Cheers ![]()
![]() Are the rules for retuning deity specific magic items presented on page 54 of Gods and Magic PFS legal? I am inclined to think they are not for the following reason. They require the person retuning to meet the construction requirements, which always include an item creation feat. Since item creation feats are not allowed in PFS, this would make retuning by a PC impossible. However, they don't indicate if a hired NPC could do the retuning or if the items can be purchased already retuned at higher cost. Please let me know what, if anything, about these rules is legal. Cheers, Brian ![]()
![]() How does this feat work for a non-caster? Does the character not get a bonus and just rolls a d20? The feat discription is below. I would appreciate any clarification. Godless Healing (PFCCS page 123)

![]() I was reading the the Pathfinder Chronicles: Campaign Setting and came across the section on Firearms. If someone could answer any of the following questions, I would appreciate it. 1. Are firearms allowed in Pathfinder Society Organized Play?
If the answers to these questions are already posted somewhere and I have missed them, please let me know. Thanks |
