With the right volume it should be possible to manage lower delivery costs. Alternatively, if there's enough in the UK, make a deal with someone in the UK to make a larger shipment and ship from there, so only the UK leg is paid individually. Since we've got the PDF downloads (or will do), then we may be happy with surface shipping - slow but much cheaper. Paizo may be charging what it's costing them, but that doesn't confirm that they're doing all they can to minimise that cost.

So, onto the downloads. Here's a small but significant suggested change. Instead of clicking on the same link and guessing if it's generated, possibly regenerating it, email a link to the download when it has generated. Then you're not left retrying and overloading the system, you get notified. When you get the email, the file is ready, you get the file, however long that is. No guessing, no timeout login, no repeated request.
