About Zotanya

Zotanya grew up as a child captive of the necromantic mages of Kaer Maga. She does not know if she was kidnapped or sold by her Varisian gypsy parents. She only knows they wanted her to see how her angelic heritage would manifest, and that growing up was cruel and brutal.

Her Oracular mysteries that developed took both Zotanya and her captors quite by surprise. They had expected something nature based, similiar to the tribal Shoanti Shaman. But the revelations that developed, were completely different from what they had seen before. When her first revelation manifested, Zotanya eliminated them from existence in her escape. Literally, the captors she touched vanished from existance. Anyone inquiring about them have never heard of them.

Zotanya is unaware of what is driving her powers, or what will manifest next. After escaping, she lived on the city streets, and stole what she could to survive. She met contacts in the Sczarni crime scene that kept her from starving on the streets in exchange for doing off tasks. It was the only help she ever had, so she graciously accepter their offers. She eventually made her way to Riddleport, traveling with a Varisian caravan. Possibly trying to find out who her parents were. For now, the Varisians have accepted her, and at least afford for her to travel amoung them, which keeps her out of reach of the Kaer Maga mages.
