About Zharr
In his solid "dwarven" form, Zharr could manage to pass as an ordinary dwarf to a very casual glance, but upon any deeper inspection (even just meeting his eyes) it is clear that he is most unusual. The first thing that catches people's eyes is his unruly burst of brilliant red-orange hair that sticks out in all directions from his head and beard. However, even more noticeable, and the thing that clearly marks him as other, are his eyes. They are faintly glowing orbs of solid green, with no sign of iris or pupil, but with the occasional flicker of brightness deep within them.
While he no longer has to breathe, Zharr usually attempts to mimic breathing in this form so as to appear alive. (Assume that he is typically taking 10 on Disguise checks to act alive, resulting in a DC 23 Perception or Sense Motive to notice his act.) He is often accompanied by several glowing balls of light that glow the same color as his eyes, that float around randomly in his vicinity. Dancing lights SLA, cast continuously. In this form, his witchflame manifests as green fire around his hands, from which he flings balls of flame or lashes out at those who get too close.
In his incorporeal "ghost" form, Zharr appears to be a roughly humanoid being of translucent green flame. His eyes in this form are bright orange spots with a trail of flame emerging from them, and he has no mouth or other facial features. In this form, he is his witchflame, and he typically shoots rays of green energy by pointing with his hands.
