Mark Seifter clarified that Comprehensive Education is meant to give +1 to each Knowledge skill that you already get as a class skill, not +1 times the number of Knowledge class skills you have.

So Zephyros would have a +1 racial bonus to those skills, not +4.

Well, then her knowledge skills are not that fantastic. But still very very good ;-)
