Durnan keeps the drinks coming to the table and hands Toranaga a vial of blue liquid and says This is on the house! Andros should be here soon so go ahead and relax and order some food if you wish. He moves away from the group around the new comer and goes back to the bar.

"Thanks, Durnan, my house is in your debt."

"Back to the surface. That damn Mog probably went home to get his friends."

Toranaga carries the body of Dron. "Any one seen Mog?"

"I get a feeling we need to recruit more people to finish this job."

Toranaga's eyes flutter open as the healing draught flows pass his lips. The first thing he notices is the immobile form of Dron. He shakes him to wake him up but to no avail.

I don't think Dron would object, Vilya. Though we are obliged to have him buried.

Toranaga pulls his sword free and and strikes for the mirror from which the tentacles are emanating.

"For my ancestors!" Toranaga moves to flank the monster. He brings down his sword in a rapid slicing motion.

Such low init we're having, hope monster rolls low.

"There we go again with studying." Toranaga draws his sword as a precaution.

"And who's to say that not smashing the mirrors will avoid the battle that you fear fighting, hmmm?

"I say we smash the mirrors. Good sport that. What you say, Mog?"

"Perhaps, the reflection they showed was not acceptable to the viewer."

Toranaga brings up the rear. Mog moves ahead of him.

Mog watches as Dron finishes off the already dead goblin with fear as he might be next if he is not careful. Me follow where ever you go, help find food for you I will. He then steps over next to Toranaga away from the half orc feeling a little safer for the moment.

"Be loyal, Mog and you may live to rise high among your brethren."

Toranaga observes the reaction of Mog.

What's Our Marching Order? Mog should not be up front.

"Dron, would you say a few words for the departed?"

Toranaga whispers to Dron and out of the earshot of Mog, "Check if the goblin is really dead."

By the way, have we recruited an arcane caster?

"Move no further vermin. Or you die." Toranaga calmly declares.

No one but Dron, Kraeg and now Mog can see Vilya. Your light source was dropped during the battle. It is still lit if anyone wants to get it or you could light another if you want. Right now all that you see is pitch black.

I'll rely on the others. Can't afford to light the area at this time. There may be other enemies around.

"Copy that, Dron."

"Very well, Mog. You'll become of our tribe. You'll get food but you must swear undying loyalty. Betrayal shall be punished mercilessly."

Toranaga turns to his companions, "Vilya and Triska are past due. Let's go after them. Mog, you go ahead."

"Mog, what can we find beyond?"

The goblin laying on the ground stops crying finally. I talk I talk, don't kill me please. Me no harm. I talk I talk.....

"Wait Kaldren. The others will be back soon enough. This goblin has yet to reveal his knowledge."

Toranaga has two honest battle wounds in need of relief.

"Give Dron one of the potions, Kaldren."

"Vilya... can you scout ahead and find out if these guys have other friends coming. But don't go to far."

"Triska, Kraeg, go with Vilya."

Turns to the goblin, "Now draw for me a map to your lair."

Toranaga catches the goblin and places the sharp point of his sword at the neck of the goblin. "Do not make any sudden movements or you die!"

Without turning his back on the goblin, "Check on, Dron."

"I come for you!" Roars Torinaga.

Toranaga faces the remaining goblin, covered in blood, he roars at it, "Raaaaaaahhhhh!!!"

"You shall die for that!!!" Toranaga unleashes a deadly overhead slash that would slice the goblin from shoulder to hip if it connects.

That's more like it!

Battle and lots of things going on. Yoshi seems scary. It is my first exposure to the Book of Nine Swords and I am already beginning to see why people like it.

Rapid Assault! is that the extra attack or the extra d6 damage or both?

Goblin 1, 2, and 3 being in front of our group means Toranaga attacks two of them

Toranaga moves through the party and attacks two of the goblins.

It appears that Toranaga can only hit one.

"Fall before my awesome power!" Toranaga attempts to move to the front of the party's column.

If he can reach the front before the end of the first round, Toranaga initiates a rapid assault attack on the lead creature.

"Ok. Can I borrow that?"

"Say Dron, you can see in the dark, can't you?"

Toranaga draws his sword as well. "Anyone got a lamp?"

"Lead on." Toranaga straps his sword across his back and lugs the rest of his gear.

Toranaga takes some of the food and torches, a vial of the healing potion and the ring.

"Vilya, quit grabbing my hand. I know you're a beautiful girl and all and I am me. But I am not the marrying type."
