Bummer... Thanks anyway, I'll try and find some way around that. Perhaps mailing the subscription to a friend in the US so he can re-mail it to me. PDF downloads might be good too since I can get back issues, but I'd much rather have the real deal. Is the download service available for mexican customers?

BTW, trying to deal with government here is an absolute nightmare. It's Soprano-style bureaucracy and corruption. A friend of mine ordered some miniatures from Amazon and the package never made it through the customs office. About four months later some guy showed up at his doorstep with the package, asking for twice what the order cost as a "gratification for finding the package" and "storage fees" plus a ridiculous amount of taxes on concepts that didn't even apply to the products...

Reading this statement makes me think that this project was still uncooked and underdevelped (despite the compiler's efforts) when it was scheduled to be spit to the public. Should've taken more time and care... prepared something worthwhile and memorable instead of giving in to what seems greedy marketing for a great idea.

I haven't decided yet if I'll be buying this one, I can just browse back in my own and my party's back issues. And I tend to like "fluff", since I focus on plots rather than mechanics.

Does someone care to elaborate on this? It seems (to put it mildly) illogical to me that being as close as we are, we get the same subscription rates as Turkey, Bosnia or North Korea! Not even the UK has it this bad and they're still all the way across the Atlantic!
I would ask whomever makes policy at Paizo to please reconsider this and take a look at the prospective subscribers south of your border.

Replace Eberron with Dark Sun, and I agree with Sebastion. Oh, nobody cares anyway.

I do agree, and I do care, but no one will indulge us. Have you checked the great fan work in athas.org? Fans keep the world alive without corporate support, and the content is 3.5 compatible, 100% official, although this is most certainly the least appropriate place to discuss this.
