...is it possible to tell the website your campaign is using the optional free archetype rules? Or do you have to manually apply the bonus feats? And how would you do that anyway?

The description of Familiar Sage implies they can each be taken write away, but if you've already taken one, does the second do more than unlock the other feats? Do you get Enhanced Familiar twice? Or do you get another feat?
