Feats
--------------------
Point Blank Shot Benefit: You get a +1 bonus on attack and damage rolls with ranged weapons at ranges of up to 30 feet.
--------------------
Wild Talents
--------------------
Basic Hydrokinesis: You can create water as the cantrip create water, purify water as if using purify food and drink, and dry wet creatures and objects as if using prestidigitation. While you cannot lift water into the air using this ability, you can create mild currents in a body of water by concentrating. These currents are strong enough to run a water mill as if the mill were being turned manually by a creature with a Strength score equal to your Constitution score.
Pushing (Infusion): Saving Throw none
The momentum of your kinetic blast knocks foes back. Attempt a bull rush combat maneuver check against each target damaged by your infused blast, using your Constitution modifier instead of your Strength modifier to determine your bonus. This infusion can push a foe back by a maximum of 5 feet. You can increase the burn cost of this infusion to increase the maximum distance pushed by 5 feet per additional point of burn accepted. You can’t use this infusion with a form infusion such as cloud that causes your kinetic blast to lack a clear direction to push.

Traits
--------------------
Peg Leg
One of your legs was bitten off below the knee by a shark when you were just a child, and was replaced with a wooden peg leg (Pathfinder Player Companion: Pirates of the Inner Sea 20). You’ve long since gotten used to your prosthesis, however, and take none of the normal penalties from having a peg leg. You’ve had to learn to deal with the pain of your injury as well, and you gain a +1 trait bonus on Fortitude saves. Ever since your accident you’ve hated sharks, and you also gain a +1 trait bonus on damage rolls against sharks and other animals with the aquatic subtype.
Your balance always gets a bit shaky after a few drinks, and last night at the Formidably Maid—a tavern in Port Peril—was no exception. That must be why you fell to the floor as soon as you tried to stand up. What happened next is hazy, but you’re pretty sure you were dragged out of the bar and onto a ship at the docks. At least they didn’t throw you to the sharks…
Flotsam You were one of only a few that survived the destruction of the merchant vessel Vantage. Your crew was more than able to hold off the blundering pirate attackers, but their red dragon ally proved too much for your defenses. As you watched the sharks and eels feast on the bodies of your fallen comrades, you vowed to see Aashaq slain. You gain a +2 bonus on Reflex saves against spells and effects with the fire descriptor.

Background
--------------------
Wilsradon Rolfe was like most children his age -- well, not entirely -- most children his age were bigger and stronger than Wilsradon but he did manage to stay happy. One of the downsides of being a half-elf in a mostly human port-town is that everyone your age is about to hit puberty and you are a guppy struggling to keep up. So, when the boys in the town got bored of sneaking into warehouses and fishing and were looking for someone to pick on Wilsradon was always the perfect target. He was sealed inside of barrels and locked in sheds. When the kids in town fell like playing “Guards and Goblins” Wilsradon was somehow always the only Goblin attacking the townsfolk. And when a couple of the boys found an abandoned dinghy they all wanted to paddle out into the waters to catch bigger fish for a change. Unfortunately, the kids stirred up a few sharks and it was Wilsradon that fell overboard when they began to panic. No one believed him when he later said that he got away from the shark by hitting it with water.
Years later, Shifty, as he would be come to be called due to his habit of shifting his weight off of his peg leg, would finally get a position aboard the Vantage. Some time passed and he learned how to pull his own weight as a sailor. Misfortune would again find Shifty this time in the form of the dragon Aashaq and a band of pirates. Floating amongst the wreckage of the Vantage and the corpses of his crewmates, he prayed to all of the gods he knew of to save him.
None answered.
Staring into the black, soulless eyes of a shark as it clamped down onto his wooden leg, Shifty drew upon a power that lay dormant within himself and slammed the shark with a geyser pulled from, seemingly, nowhere.
Days later, on land, Shifty decided to drink the memories of his fallen friends and crewmates away at a tavern in Port Peril.
