Did you roll stats or do point buy? That's a really low DEX...i agree, you should have at least a 14 dex also if you use buckler you take a -1 to attack rolls and you don't gain the benefit of the shield bonus when using two hands to attack. so you might as well get at least 12 dex to make up for the buckler being mostly useless when using 2h weapons.
Looks like a 25 point buy. Dex is unnecessary IMO. OP said he wanted to be a front line damage dealer, so he should focus on STR, CON and CHA, and just get the biggest armor money can buy. Maybe dump WIS down to 8, and put a 12 in DEX for adamanite full plate.
I prefer a 12 in INT for extra skill points, really hate not being able to do anything except smash stuff.
