About Violetta the Enchantress
Lady Violetta d'Armand Countess du Plessis is, at her most obvious, a woman of extreme and obviously supernatural (she has blue skin) beauty. As chimerical as is her personality, her appearance - while always stunningly beautiful - can change multiple times even in a day, though always she evokes natural beauty: a clinging, gossamer gown of dewdrops and strands of silvery light, eyelashes dusted with tiny diamonds, a tiara of living wildflowers, a necklace of butterflies.
A creature infused with the blood of the First World, Violetta can swing from dear affection to great rages in a heartbeat, and her anger is terrifying to behold (Intimidate +34); almost without exception, she will slay any who dare to strike her, usually with magical suffocation.
Violetta is most feared, though, for her habit of rendering her foes mere puppets; she is quite creative in their use. Her powers have created for her a reputation as an enchantress of frightening power, and rumors are whispered of bewitched young women and girls who serve Violetta as vacant-eyed companions at her lovely estate in Absalom's Petal District, the Palazzo di Incantare; such rumors on increase the desire of the wealthy and fashionable to attend the lavish parties she throws there each month.
