About Vel-Ilch
Serious and composed, Vel-Ilch is a pale blue Shirrien. "He" is well built with a no-nonsense manner. Now 38 standard years old his carapace is showing its age with some nicks and dents from his time as a ‘Clutch Guard’ for his small colony group. His pale yellow eyes hold the wisdom of age but also a hunger for exploration.
Vel’s homeworld is Triaxus, where his people were drawn to the scholarly province of Preita. Their fledgeling community has meshed well with the locals and the future looks bright at their new home.
Vel’s decision to join the starfinders is born of his advancing age. Having completed his full tenure of service as protector of their communal nursery without much of note occurring he finds himself looking to dabble in adventure before he the frailties of old age set in.
The two children he has hosted are grown and with the blessing of his wife and husband Vel sets out to enjoy his ‘working retirement’ exploring and furthering the starfinders mission.
