GM job? I can think of 2 main parts:
1) Be happy when your player succeeds as much and more as you succeed.
2) Make the trip challenging with fair obstacles on the way we make them suffer or the character suffers to have fun?
If I made a mistake would like to know but I think it is fair, we are with them when they succeed and will present to them fair challenges..
