Contingency - If Sorshen ever becomes affected by a hostile spell effect that prevents her from acting on her own,
a greater dispel magic targets her.

Exceptional Stats - Sorshen was destined from birth to become one of the greatest wizards of her age. As a result, her ability scores were generated using 25 points, rather than the standard 15-point array. Additionally,she has much more gear than standard for an NPC of her level and is of the Azlanti Pureblood Race giving her a +2 bonus to all ability scores. These modifications increase her total CR by 2.

Immortal - Sacrificing thousands of slaves using the Everdawn Pool has allowed Sorshen to sustain her life indefinitely. As such she has the +3 inherent bonuses to mental ability scores but none of the penalties for being venerable in age, and is immune to all types of disease. Unless slain by violent means, she is
effectively immortal.

Inherent Bonuses - Sorshen has used wish spells to increase her stats.She has a +5 inherent bonus to all ability scores.

Permanent Spells - Sorshen has made the following spells permanent on herself: arcane sight, darkvision, see invisibility, tongues.

Rune of the Mistress - Three times per day, the bearer of this rune can cause a creature she

Summon Guardians - Sorshen can call upon the staff to summon two mithral golems as a free action, they stay for as long as she desires or until one is destroyed the other winking out of existence on its next turn. This ability ceases to function for 24 hours after either guardian is destroyed. One golem is in the form of a beautiful nude woman the other of an equally attractive nude man.

Though it has two heads it is not a double weapon, with a thought from Sorshen the weapon
can magically shift which head is facing the attacker. The male head attacks as a bane weapon
against female targets, the female against male targets.

Destruction - The guardians must be summoned and both defeated at the same time before
one or the other winks out of existence, then it must be successfully sundered by
a parasitic/symbiotic weapon within the next 24 hours.

DESCRIPTION Soon after the founding of Thassilion, the ancient emperor Xin crafted the Alara’quin, seven icons symbolizing the runelords’ mastery of rune magic and dominance over their respective domains. Sorshen's +2 dancing guisarme of speed is one of these ancient icons.

The robes of Xin-Eurythnian grant spell resistance 24. Fashioned for an archmage, the robes are also meant to aid and accentuate their wearer’s spellcasting ability. Thus, the robes cause the wearer to cast all spells at +1 caster level, while two of the robe’s pockets function as handy haversacks. The wearer of these robes is immune mind-affecting effects.

DESCRIPTION
A useful lesser artifact said to have been crafted by a dragon in the service of Emperor Xin,
the Sihedron tome holds infinite pages for wizards to inscribe spells upon. In addition to potentially holding libraries worth of arcane knowledge, any wizard who prepares spells from the Sihedron Tome may prepare bonus spells as if his Intelligence were 6 points higher. This is not an actual bonus to Intelligence and grants the user no additional benefit. Currently, the book is filled with arcane formulas for every spell Sorshen has memorized, plus all others in the Core Rulebook (excluding those of the transmutation and necromancy schools.)

Seemingly impossible in its delicateness, this fine silver choker displays many of the celestial races performing various lewd and scandalous acts. She additionally has complete immunity to disease.

The vampiric nature of her immortality grants additional benefits. Sorshen is immune to disease, energy drain, and all forms of madness (including confusion effects and feeblemind). She gains fast healing 10, the ability to change shape, and a vampire's ability score bonuses (Str +6, Dex +4, Int +2, Wis +2, Cha +4). Like a vampire, Sorshen uses her modifier for Charisma instead of Constitution to determine bonus hit points.

TACTICS

Before Combat Sorshen casts mind blank at the start of every day.

During Combat See Round-by-Round Tactics below. Additionally, whenever Sorshen drops below 200 hit
points (or otherwise suffers a crippling effect) she casts wish to restore herself and her living allies to full health.

Morale If not prevented from doing so, Sorshen will teleport away if under 200 hit points and with no means of healing herself.

Round-by-Round Tactics

Round 1
Sorshen casts mage’s disjunction and quickened mind fog, and spends mythic power to act again in the round. Sorshen then summons her handmaiden devils and casts dominate monster on heavily armored characters or rogues, ordering successfully dominated PCs to restrain the others. One handmaiden devil casts black tentacles while the other casts charm monster on a melee character or arcane spellcasters.
Round 2
Sorshen casts dominate monster and quickened protection from energy against fire, and spends mythic power to act again in the round. Sorshen then casts feeblemind on a spellcaster not dominated, followed by protection from spells. The handmaiden devils either attempt to grab melee fighters or cast charm monster for the remainder of the battle.
Round 3
Sorshen casts quickened stoneskin and protection from energy against cold, and spends mythic power to act again in the round. Sorshen then casts feeblemind followed by quickened shield.
Remainder of Combat
Sorshen continues casting controlling and defensive spells, spending mythic power to act twice each round. When she runs out of enchantment spells she will use arcane surge to cast dominate monster. When she is out of mythic power she will cast prismatic sphere and take refuge there while she eats her ambrosia. Sorshen will use damaging spells as a last resort.

ARTIFACTS

Tome of Wanton Arcana

Sorshen had a talent for combining scholarly curiosity with wanton lust, a fine example of that being her own spellbook. She sought out the Book of the Damned to record any erotic lore within, then reorganized it in combination with the system of imago mnemonics in her Sihedron Tome.

The Tome of Wanton Arcana functions like a Sihedron Tome in that its owner can memorize spells as if her Intelligence were 6 higher. In addition, she can memorize one extra spell from the enchantment school per spell level. A Thassilonian enchanter is not required to have this spell be the same as those in her bonus spell slots.

Those who study the Tome of Wanton Arcana become disturbingly well-versed in the sexual cruelties of the evil planes. Anyone literate in Abyssal, Celestial, and Infernal who spends a total of 30 days (not necessarily contiguously) reading the book gain a +10 bonus on Knowledge (planes) checks whenever she consults the book for 1 hour regarding a sex-related question about evil outsiders (GM's discretion). She also gains +5 to all Charisma-based skills and checks made when interacting with seductive evil outsiders, as well as +5 bonus to the opposed Charisma check (which stacks to the +5 bonus to skills and checks) when casting planar binding on such outsiders.

Lastly, the cosmetic effects of many spells memorized from the Tome of Wanton Arcana tend to become…lewd. For example; stinking cloud produces a pleasant-smelling, but no less overpowering, musk; crushing despair instead causes distracting arousal; hideous laughter and irresistible dance overwhelm the target with pleasure; black tentacles and grease need no further elaboration. These changes carry over into spells used by items but have no effect on any spell mechanics.

Gown of Xin-Eurythnia

Made from the fluids of a nymph, this garment is a revealing red and white gown by default but lets the wearer reshape her clothes in any way she desires.

More practically, this gown confers a +7 deflection bonus to armor and +7 resistance bonus to saves. It allows for the Diplomacy skill to improve a character's attitude by three steps instead of just two. In addition, she can fly at a speed of 60 feet with perfect maneuverability.

Magi Staff of Libidinous Desire

This slender, lewdly-shaped mithral staff acts is a variant staff of the magi. Its specifics differ and are described below.

The magi staff of libidinous desire gives the wielder spell resistance 27, and can be willingly lowered to absorb spells. The staff can also be broken for a retributive strike, though if the character breaking the staff is sent to another plane it will be in a realm of an evil sexualized outsider.

The magi staff of libidinous desire has two additional powers. Upon mental command, the staff can reform into a +5 guisarme with two blades, though this is cosmetic and doesn't become a double weapon. Lastly, the wielder can summon two handmaiden devils to serve her, though they cannot summon other devils. This costs no charges and the devils remain indefinitely. If one is slain then she can be summoned again but not for 24 hours.
