Tywin again casts a hast spell affecting himself, Graxus as well as Wyrgan Asher and Fredrik.

Using his increased speed, Graxus flies across the area in high speed and flies over to the succubus from high over and hovers in the air, ready to pounce down on her.

So flying 30 ft in the air so he can charge her next round.

Being roughly pushed forward, the man trips and falls down on the floor. As he pulls himself up you can see that it is a male solemn looking half-elf with a downcast face. Though he is dressed in fine clothing (of lasts year fashion), he looks timid and nervous, especially after Graxus' words. "Please master Graxus, don't frighten our colleagues."
The half-elf says with revered respect (or is it fear?) to the demonic creature, after which he turned and addressed the adventurers.
"Hello everyone, my name is Tywin and this is my master Graxus."

Now that you have a clearer view you can see that there is one odd item linking the two individuals. A large ruby with a black pentagram is set on both of their foreheads.

Well the earth elemental does have tremorsense to help with locating creature. It can pinpoint them, so that should overcome the concealment chance which the incorporeal creature has, or at least reduce the miss chance. I figure the earth elemental would use tactics like these against a large opponent that has the power to slap it to bits. Just like air elementals use fly by. It's fighting the zombie to the best of his abilities after all.

I don't suppose it's possible for it to stay submerged partially to provide cover while sticking his head, limbs and upper torso out out? Why the 50% mischance and no flanking though? He is at the opposite end of the zombie, just translocated 5 feet lower. You would still flank with a bird that is 5 ft above the ground and still attacking the same monster as you are as long as you are on opposite end of him right?

Btw the earth elemental doesn't provoke because he has cover, he's attacking from under ground using his earth glide. Maybe I didn't make it clear enough before, but he never surfaced except to attack at which point only his limp/upper torso comes out like with normal attack to be able to hit him, he is not moving up to attack with a 5 ft step or anything. Gives him total cover and only normal cover while attacking. So unless it readies an attack, it can't hit him.

The cleric got a potion out from somewhere and swallowed it, that's two actions, it couldn't have stood up then. The earth elemental could still choose to attack the invisible cleric as he can spot it and it is closer to him, which for me makes it more logical that it would attack that. Tywin can surely point towards the cleric indicating to the earth elemental to attack it.

I'll drop it because it takes to long and we are nearly done anyway. How do you rule invisibility works with tremorsense from a earth elemental with a prone / normal certain cleric ?

I know how cover works, but how does he have cover? Blur doesn't give that. Even if it was due to low cover due to stairs, Tywin is now closer to it than the cleric so it doesn't count even if it did last round.

That cant be right. Graxus attacked him last round with a reach attack he would never do otherwise cause then Tywin can't attack. The cleric would have to 5 ft step closer to touch Graxus to avoid aoo with his touch attack due to reach. And now he is out of reach without first provoking from Tywin? Even if Tywin is on stairs, he can attack from any corner which is at the same height as the top of the dias. Like archers can shoot around hard corners. Otherwise, stairs with a 45 degree inclination would mean Tywin is 2.5 feet lower than him in the middle of his square. As he is 6 feet tall an attacks at 5 ft height (shoulder height) he should still be able to hit him.

aoo: 1d20 + 8 + 1 + 4 ⇒ (13) + 8 + 1 + 4 = 261d8 + 7 ⇒ (2) + 7 = 91d100 ⇒ 75

Ok, Tywin will still do the grease (squares between him and Tywin and around the orb so the man has to go the long way round), trying to tie up the man, hopefully slipping him. He sidesteps to be able to poke the man should he move out or fall down and try to get up (assuming that orb thing provides cover, does it?). Also, like to know how a cleric can make a +16 attack roll at lvl 8/9 that's huge for clerics. But can tell me that after the game is over.
