Background Info:
Tyranius is a hero of the Imperium, one who has been gifted with the honor of being interred in a Dreadnought, one of the highest honors a Space Marine can hope for. Whatever brave deed he performed that allowed him to be so distinguished has been lost to the decades, as his memory has stretched across the years as well. Tyranius is an Emperor's Children Space Marine, one of the Emperor's favored legions.
When his own Primarch's forces awakened him from his years-long rest, it came as a surprise when they revealed their intents. He immediately saw the wisdom in pretending to submit to their ideas, although he was on board the next drop pod that could be had, and headed to the surface with his ever-faithful Battle Brother, Torvictus.
