Just bumping the previous poster's request... Can we please see preview images? I almost ordered this from an online retailer a few days ago, but dropped it from the order due to the lack of preview images. Same goes for all the Kingmaker flip-mat multi-packs.

Thanks.

All this errata is hurting my head, and I don't have the time to read through the whole thread at this point in time. It's disappointing that so many errors were missed in a product that was primarily a rules update/compilation.

Is anyone intending to compile all this errata into a single document?

Oh yes someone did (THANKS STRIFE!!!), and I used it during my RL campaign. Let me see if I can find you the link...

Ah, there it is...

EDIT: Strife's Most Awesome Complete Runelord Errata of the GM Gods!

Thank you so much, ckdragons and Strife!

Great thread!

Dragons of Taldor, Dark Fey, Dark Tapestry… and Scarred Lands series

1-7 The Dragon's Demand
7-8 Realm of the Fellnight Queen
9-10 Doom Comes to Dustpawn
11-12 - Guardians of Dragonfall (not sure I can salvage or fit this one in logically yet… I think this should have been a much higher level adventure, and may need to modify it to make it so)
13 ???
14-15 Tomb of the Iron Medusa (set in Taldor… but not sure how well I can make it fit)
15-16 Blood of Dragonscar
16-17 The Moonscar

Spoiler:

Beyond having a dragon as a main villain, the Dark Tapestry and the Dominion of the Dark are also central themes of The Dragon's Demand. Among the wizard Hunclay's notes in his observatory, I have included references to some unfamiliar object that he has been tracking across the night sky, and which the wizard estimated would impact Golarion near Dustpawn in Isger in a few months time (he had been making plans to travel there to witness the impact)… a hook planted for Doom Comes to Dustpawn. I have also added bidders from nearby Bellis in Andoran in the auction section of the Dragon's Demand, who are there also to discuss a potential union and political alliance with Lady Devy might befriend the PCs… one of the Andorens hopefully will befriend the PCs, and this person will in turn invite the PCs to his wedding in Bellis once the PCs save Belhaim and its out-of-town guests from the dragon… which is a hook for the Realm of the Fellnight Queen, which is set in and around Bellis, which also happens to be on the most direct route to Dusptawn.

I haven't thought very much on how to connect the various other modules yet, save for Blood of Dragonscar. Since the PCs will have become notable slayers of evil dragons if they survive The Dragon's Demand (we're in the middle of playing this one right now), I might include other dragon-related adventures to fill level gaps. I also don't want to railroad the PCs into each adventure -- other options may present themselves as we play through our campaign. If we ever make it to level 20 (doubtful, given how infrequently we get to play), I might consider making the 3.0 adventure, Bastion of Broken Souls -- which features the dragon Ashardalon -- as the grande finale. Either way, the stuff that comes after Doom Comes to Dustpawn would probably require additional tweaking to make them a logical and PC level-appropriate fit.

I hope this provides some useful ideas…

You might be able work The Harrowing in as the level 9 adventure in your totally random Varisian adventure series.

I'd buy it.

There was a time when I also thought that adding weapon speed factor to the game would increase realism without affecting the flow of the game.

Then I read this insightful article by Sean K Reynolds and gave up on the idea.

Restricting to fantasy-themed metal, as requested by the OP...

I have a hard time limiting myself to one album, but the following are all contenders:

. Amon Amarth - With Oden on Our Side
. Amon Amarth - Fate of Norns
. Amon Amarth - Twilight of the Thunder God
. Amon Amarth - Vs. the World
. Demons and Wizards - Demons and Wizards (how can that not scream D&D/Pathfinder?)
. Leaves' Eyes - Vinland Saga (probably my favourite of those listed here)

I think this campaign may be exactly what you're looking for... IMO, it's one of the best settings to ever hit the market, and the one I'm using for my current game.

I also recommend visiting the Midnight fan site.

Male Human (Suloise/Oeridian) Cleric 3

“It seems from what you have told me that Balabar Smenk and this Filge character are or were working against the cult, or at least trying to gather information on them. Although I hesitate to suggest it, given Smenk’s character and the outlook of the typical necromancer, you may consider going to one of them for further answers. It is interesting that you mention the Dourstone Mine in connection to this cult; Ragnolian Dourstone is one of the few mine managers in town that Smenk may not see as a direct rival, given that Dourstone’s dealings are almost exclusively with dwarven contacts from Greysmere who don’t treat with humans. I wonder if, either in working with Dourstone, or looking for a way to undermine him, Smenk stumbled across this cult? And I wonder if Ragnolian Dourstone is a member, or even aware of the cult you say operates from under his mine?”

Andolphas is evidently quite perturbed by all he has learned from Amariss and Allustan. "Hmmm... I thought that Smenk and Filge were experimenting with the worms for their own nefarious purposes, not necessarily to oppose the Ebon Triad. The necromancer unfortunately has met his end at the hands of one of our companions... who... uh... felt threatened by him. And I suspect that Smenk probably knows that we were involved in Filge's death... so going to him might be risky. It sounds like our best option is to take a closer look at Dourstone's operations..."

The cleric looks back at the assorted treasures they have laid out before Allustan. "The white gem does not have any magical properties, does it? Would you be interested in purchasing it, along with the models? Our other two companions would, of course, want us to get as much as we can for the models... what do you think is a fair price, Learned One?"

Male Human (Karandic) Bard 4 / Ranger 1
DM Mothman wrote:

A tall figure moves around the side of one of the stones. It is difficult to make out it’s features in the near darkness from this distance – it appears human, but may be wearing some sort of head-dress, and there is something not quite right – seeming about it’s legs, and the gait with which it moves. You can see by its silloeutte that it is armed with a spear, bears a bow across its back, and holds something small in it’s other hand.

It raises that hand, and hails you in a strange language ad musical voice;

Sylvan: [spoiler]”What ho travellers? Friends or foes?”[spoiler]

Not understanding the creature's words, but sensing its non-aggressive behaviour, Keildrithe continues to hum his Karandic words over the rythm of his drum, nodding at the creature as he does so:

I have seen the verdant leaves
Take the hue of rusted gold
A thousand times beheld the scene
Where the sky grows old

I have seen the birth of mountains
Then watched them fall beneath the sea
I've watched the desert claim the world
With dust its only legacy...

The bard has a sneaking suspicion that he knows what he is facing... or at the very least, the meta-gaming player behind him thinks he knows! Bardic knowledge: 5 + 1 = 6; Knowledge (local): 7 + 2 = 9... okay, my character is a dumb ass...
