Chuckling at the dark folks questions, Tribim turns towards Mahmoud, smiling he chimes in, "Yes Mahmoud, why do humans do that?"
Taking a seat in the manor house Tribim helps himself to some of the charred rodent, answering the leader of the caligni tribe, "Greetings Unwrapped Harmony, I am Tribim and these are my fellow Shadows, Mahmoud and Aerith. We were sent to speak with the lamias at the Cenotaph of the Cynic about the undead scourge. Is there any information you can share with us about these events?"

Dabbing up the blood from the several snake bits, Tribim nods, "Unpleasant indeed." Realizing the others probably feel as bad as he does, Tribim resists the urge to whine, and instead pulls out his Force Hook. Pointing it at the edge of the collapsed ceiling near the hole, he fires the grappling hook, then telling the others, "Once I'm up I'll drop the 'hook' back down so you can use it."
Depressing the button tribim shoots towards the ceiling and quickly climbs over the edge. Dropping the 'Hook' down so the others can use it, he quickly looks around.

Pleased they were able to find a tunnel, Tribim follows the swampy network until it leads into the dried-up canals of the necropolis. As they enter the 'exposed' subterranean chamber Tribim gestures towards the ceiling, "That may be our way out."
Returning his attention to the chamber itself he moves towards the jumble of bronze and copper bits hoping to identify them without disturbing the serpents.
Taking 10(20/22) on the tangled pile, hopefully without disturbing snakes. Is there any other viable exit within sight?
Con - 5 Male Catfolk Rogue 5
Shaking his head at Mahmoud's question, Tribim answers, "I don't have any knowledge about smuggling tunnels." He pauses for a moment remembering he'd reconnected with his old friend the half-elf named Black Kiss. Shrugging, "But I know an elf."
Gesturing towards Ptemenib, he continues, "The Silver Chains were clearly smuggling stuff out of the necropolis. Now that we've returned Ptemenib to the temple, lets return to our new hide out and see if we can find a tunnel or information about one."
Con - 5 Male Catfolk Rogue 5
Listening carefully as the different folks explain the information they'd gathered, Tribim fiddles with the handles of his newly magicked blades, considering the facts. If the Lamias were the problem they would need to go speak with them. If they were going to go into the necropolis a secret passage would be nice, and a device that revels necrotic energy would be good to have.
Turning to the other 'Shadows' he asks, "Should we speak with the dark folk first, then find one of the compasses?"
As the discussion continues he considers if he'd ever stumbled on one of the smuggling tunnels in the Veins District.

Thanks Mahmoud,
Aerith, should we sell the haversack, talisman of beneficial winds and the adamantine Flail? I think we should keep the haversack but I'm ok selling it also. What are your thoughts?

Thank you for the information and doing the spread sheet.
I tried searching for the items in the game thread and only the Scarab Shield shows up....
Unless Aerith wants to use the adamantine flail as a second weapon to telekinesis (or whatever it is she does) or Mahmoud want's it as his melee weapons, I think we should sell it.
It looks like the natron fang is on Aerith's page, and the scarab shield is on Mahmoud's page. The haversack and talisman of beneficial winds are on the party loot page, does that mean no one has claimed them? I would think we would want to keep both of them, if neither of you want either of them tribim would use them, but he has claimed the circlet of persuasion so if we want to sell them that's ok too.
Speaking of the spread sheet, I find it a little confusing. I don't know if it's because I don't understand the difference between equipped, stashed and personal items. Or that some of the items are regular font and some are italicized. Or that the magical items we found and kept aren't separate from the ones we've purchased. Or if it's that the list isn't updated.
Here is a list of the items Tribim carries, if he purchased or found them and what they weight. Do you mind if I just put that information on the spread sheet and then keep it updated?

Mahmoud you have a agile cold iron gladius on Tribim's spreadsheet, I'm not sure where that came from but Tribim wouldn't need agile on his weapon of choice due to Finesse training. Do you mind if I alter the spread sheet so it reflects the items he's carrying?

Normally a skill check is a separate action. When Tribim is attempting a Feint, using Deception, would the 'performance' be part of that ' move action' or a separate 'move action'? The difference might be worth dumping skill points into performance :)

Frowning as the 'silver chain' falls, Tribim quips, "You should have left." Shaking his head as the second 'silver Chain' steps over the fallen body, he dodges the clumsy attack. Feinting with a slash he follows up with repeated quick short thrusts from both hands.

Realizing combat was at hand and the 'silver chains' were backstabbing criminals, Tribim moves across the room, using the 'pit' to hopefully prevent getting flanked. Drawing his blades as he moves, he feints with a slash and follows up with repeated quick short thrusts from both hands.

Shrugging, Tribim glares at the leader of the 'silver chains' "You heard the lady."
If influence matters, he'll take 10(25) to intimidate them to leave.

Any thoughts here? Do we want to leave or do we want to fight? I'm good either way, Tribim is laid back, but I'm a bit of a murderhobo.

YBD do we have any sort of reputation here in town yet?
Raising an eyebrow at the elf's idea, Tribim makes a separate offer, "Or, since the priest was sneaking in and was clearly out of his league. Give him his holy symbol back, then answer his and our questions." shrugging slightly. "and we keep your secret location secret."
He looks towards the others (including the priest) to see if they would agree. "We Just act like it never happened."
Then he lifts his wrist showing the silver bracelet he'd kept. "And we return ALL the stuff we gathered from the rooms we were in."
So if the leader rolls a sense motive, Tribim is on the up and up about not telling anyone the location. The offer to leave all the stuff, infers they collected more than the bracelets, so if we need a bluff for that he will take '10 (24) on deception

Nodding to his fellow Shadows, Tribim smiles, "since the priest seem to be fine, we're willing to walk away." HE puases cocking his head, "But tell me this, why did you grab him in the first place?" Remembering the body they'd found he adds, nodding back the way they'd come. "Dead fellow had a note from someone named "Meret-Hetef" anything you can tell us about that?"
Can he roll two influence? the first to improve attitude and the second to gather information/make a request for information?

sigh, I don't know why I ever roll when I can take 10, the dice hate my skill checks.

Having sheathed his blades to help with the Force hook, Tribim, hoping to stall, raises his hands to show they are empty. "For myself, I am willing to parlay, But let me confere with my fellows and the make sure the priest is well."
Just some fluff, wanting imput. Should we try the diplomatic route?
