Torg agrees with Dashuun, "So we use their distraction to do what? Are we sneaking into a camp full of five hundred goblins or fifty goblins? We were all almost killed by a dozen or so of the brutes, so unless we can be sure that these reinforcements can actually hold their ground in a fight, then I am hesitant to leave our backs exposed if things go wrong. If they are paying a fortune for these levies, what are they paying us?"

Ah, that changes things. The item description said that alchemists could easily recreate the musk if they were unable to distill it directly from a harpy. I was hoping they already had some on-hand so that I didn't need to do the work myself.

The DC for Harpy Musk is 20, so Torg should succeed. Silver cost of the musk is 16 SP (80% of 2 GP). Torg's crafting check is 22 * 20 = 440. 440 / 16 = 27.5 per week, 4 per day or 6 hours of work. Does that make sense? Torg would spend 1.6 gold on materials for the first musk. If he has time, he will craft up to five.

Returning from his meeting with the blacksmith, Torg is wearing gleaming silver scale mail armor rather than his old chain shirt. He asks Elena to catch him up on what he may have missed before adding, "I think we can use some alchemical substances to melt the bricks in the glassworks, if we want to try that tunnel again. Otherwise, perhaps a light battering ram would do the trick?"

Not opposed, but the mutagen effects will continue to increase in duration, so I'm not sure I am best for it? Torg will wear it if someone gives it to him and tells him it will help protect him, but otherwise, he'll ignore the amulet for now.

Huffing from the exertion, Torg drops the shovel and leans against the tunnel wall. After a moment he says, "I agree -- this wall is made of blocks no mortal man can crack."
Torg will wait a few minutes to regain his strength and then begin digging on the other buried section of the wall.

Torg studies the wounds on his body, wet blood still drying in numerous places across his exposed arms and legs. He says in a worried tone,
"I still don't like this...we are ill-trained and armored if we run into too many goblins or worse."
His gaze shifts between his companions and the exits to the large room, wary of further danger.
"If we must continue, I suggest we hurry though...this combination of caloric, rattan palm fruit resin, and alum won't keep me going much longer," he continues.

The failed will save was a good thing in my case -- I receive the healing instead of saving against it. I should be at 14/23

Panting heavily, Torg leans against the stone wall of the forge to catch his breath after the combat. He shakes off the daze after a few seconds as the rage leaves his blood, the claws and fangs melting away into insubstantial wisps of smoke leaving behind only his rough natural features.
He takes a few halting steps across the forge to retrieve his great axe, strapping it across his back once more. He then pilfers through the goblins' possessions. If he spots the alchemical potion, he will pick it up or ask the individual to take a look at it.

Assuming that Broon's movement was before my action and that Tsuto was visible in his current location, I would change what I did.
Torg wheezes as he sucks air back into his lungs. He shakes his head off momentarily and then sees the roundhouse kick to Broon's throat. He bounds around the table and catches up to Tsuto, biting at his throat.

Ah, I did not know there was a difference if you attacked with a manufactured weapon and natural weapons. The description just said they were all primary attacks which I thought meant they didn't take the -5 penalty and 1/2 strength.

Ah, good to know. I see him now.
Torg, sensing the danger from the goblins, reaches into his coat pocket and removes the corked metal flask. Red vapors float out of his nostrils in a hazy cloud after he imbibes the liquid. His muscles bunch and tighten, his chest expands to push against his armor, claws burst forth from his knuckles, and his teeth sharpen into needle-like daggers. Finally, he tries to carefully slide his great-axe out of the sheath at his back to avoid making any noise.

Moving from Belgium back to the U.S. next week. Might be semi-AFK while I get moved and settled.

Once he is done with his dissection, Torg will preserve non-edible parts of the boar for future alchemical research, and then assist the others with taking into the tavern kitchen to be prepared. He'll keep the boar's head separate and intact, in-case anyone wishes to have it mounted.
Afterwards, having become covered in blood and other fluids from the boar, he looks for Ameiko and asks, "Can you draw a hot bath for me?"He will leave her a silver piece as payment, if she can.
Once he is bathed, he will go out into town and look for a book, ink pot, and quill so that he can diagram from memory the insides of the boar that he vivissected. He will also spend some time writing out notes on which parts of the boar are most likely to grant it the uncommon strength and rage it possesed.
Finally, he will find the others for the feast!
