Been running this as a PbP game for several years now. Act II is reaaalllly long.
So far, I can say the first Act is pretty well fleshed out, while the second Act feels very unfinished and rushed. There's a lot of referred information missing, mistakes in referrals, names and statblocks.
Also, the 2nd Act is very barebones. As a GM, prepare to spend hours after hours fleshing it out, drawing battlemaps (if you use them), planning encounters and crafting statblocks.
I can't recommend this book to beginner GMs. For more experienced and/or industrial ones who just want a framework to build on, it's a nice product.
