Level 1 Sentient Jelly
Hello! My phone ran out of data on Monday. It has made posting at work impossible. Data comes back on Sunday. Sporadic posting until then from me. Feel totally free to bot Virgil if need be, by the way. I think he actually has Elathras beaten for Perception checks for traps these days (provided Tracy is with him)!

Elathras Narcinal wrote: Virgil could have been at the fort and decided to join us. Remember were underground, so I don't know how comfortable your hawk will be. That's sort of why I picked a bird. She's not gonna get stuck the first time we get to a rope ladder or tight cave. She might not be happy dungeon delving, but then again, neither is Virgil!

Someone said wrote: But never-mind about me, How are things on your end? Yeesh. Hopefully things settle down for you! Everything's cool on my end, getting married next fall (the planning stress hasn't really kicked in yet), and my fiancee finished school this summer. Good stuff!
Gravy! I do have another problem/question. The character I'm working on isn't some sort of gun savant or engineer (just your regular old dwarven gun enthusiast), but without Gunsmithing or Grit I can't see any way to clear a misfire. I'm not talking about a crazy fast in-combat one, just... in general. By the campfire, during downtime. Is there a way we could incorporate that? Would this trait (or something similar) work?
Last minute thief application? I think I can do that. I've never played Dungeon World before, but I have played Apocalypse World. That was a riot. Sign me up! Name: Boram Velvett
No time for a picture! Backstory: Boram Velvett has been working on board the Jenivere since his youth, leaving the Sargavan slums and trying his very hardest not to look back. Since then, his life has been hard work and long hours up in the ship's rigging. Still better than the slums though. Over the years, the short little fellow has developed something of a reputation among the rest of the crew: more than a few drunken sailors have been heard throwing about the phrase "Smooth as Velvett" in admiration, jealousy, possibly even fear! I don't have a character sheet ready, but it doesn't look very hard to put together. I should have the mechanics ironed out by this time tomorrow, if you'll have me. @PensivePanther: Found you!
Dotting for interest. two posts a day (minimum) shouldn't be a problem. Current concept is a spooky Gnome Hex Channeler Witch aiming for the Soul Warden Prestige class for level 7 onwards. Any early objections/input?

Apparently I misunderstood racial archetypes. This will definitely be a half-orc then.
Dotting for interest. My character idea is a particularly unscrupulous Orc (or possibly a half-orc) that stole the identity of a dying knight he met on the road. As the story progresses he goes from being a liar and a thief to a good and honest knight (Skulking slayer/Scout Rogue and Gendarme Cavalier)
