Hello all. Thanks for the invite. I've lurked for a short time and think I know how this all works, but I may ask for advice here from time to time. I'm happy to take your unsolicited advice as well, just post it here.

Are we taking average hp or max for the first npc level?

How about starting gold? Table 14-9 lists says 260 gp for a level 1 NPC class, which is twice as much as any PC character. I gave myself 130 gp.

Sounds fair? You can of course adjust as needed since it has now been clarified.

I've finalized Rubin's character sheet:
- moved 1 rank in Perception to Diplomacy
- revised starting gold to 120gp
- bought 20 arrows
- +1 campaign skill bonus is in Profession(brewer)
- used max HP for first level
- updated format


Kraull, Rubin, LeeVan, Gracey: the evening is approaching. Your day will be wrapping up soon. Gracey your "job" will start at n day 2..Rubin/LeeVan after this "encounter" your next day will happen. Kraull, your next day will start as well after Ms Rose is done with you.


Kraull your room is ready. Chef is sleeping with a chicken :). Possible interaction between Lee/Rubin if Lee wants. Rubin nightwatch material that can "bleed" into next day if he desires. Gracey, can start work tonight and continue tomorrow or start tomorrow. All is ready for a next day

So....Is there something that can be doen to get eveyrone together? There seems to be a slump that happened with the cooking campaign that we were in, Vincent. A few IC days of excitment and then petering out.


I do have a plot to get the you three, Kraull, Chef and Rubin together for an event. I just need to figure out how now as I was gonna use Gracey as a hook. But I did have a plot structure set up.
