Spell-like abilities are dependent on class levels only as written in each monster entry.

In your exemple, the Drow noble, the monster entry says that

][a wrote:
drow noble's caster level for her spell-like abilities is equal to her character level.

Because the Drow and Drow noble have no racial Hit Dices, it may be a little bit confusing.

Take the Quasit as another exemple: It has 3 hit dice, but cast each and everyone of its spell-like abilities at 6th caster level, even communion.

I hope it helps a little bit.

The Slayer class page is the same as the archetypes page.

No FAQ needed on that because if you read the section pertaining to ability scores, you can fin the typical sentence in the three casting stats:

" To cast a (class name) spell, you need an [substitute stat name] of 10 + spell level".

So in light of this sentence, it's explicitly said that if you don't meet ability score requirement, you cannot cast the spell.

Sorry for the bubble bursting.

Why not a team of Arbiter Inevitable working as agents of a Lhaksharut Inevitable? The center could also have been covertly sponsored by the Lhaksharut.

You could also replace the Lhaksharut by an axiomite (Creators of the Inevitable).

Some constructs or animated object would be perfect to sustain a power source maintaining a small planar lockdown.

A small suggestion for the Druid Character: House Rule the casting to become Spontaneous (still keeping WIS as primary casting stat and using the tables for the oracle for spells per day and spells known), giving all Summon Nature Ally and domain spell (if applicable) as bonus spell Known? After that, she only have to print the spells (good old cut&paste) and clip it with the character.I had a player like that and when he fell in love with the oracle after failing to be a cleric for not knowing his spells.

Another thing could be trying to prolong the levels with side quests, regulating the XP given, giving time to players to master their characters.

And Ciretose? For me, being GM and players implie a social contract: I must be willing to be entertaining to a degree (if seeing rain fall is more entertaining than listening to me, I really have a problem), but the players must also be minimally invested in the game before I begin (Rule mastery is not necessary, but the wanting to learn the game must be there). I don't think I really need to be more interesting than a movie on Netflix... If I need to be for a player, it's because the player is not interested in the Game and, for me, they can return home, coming back on Movie Night.

For me, DMing is a labor of love, but few things are totally free in life and for myself, I need to feel that the game is a two-way street (minimal interest on both parts) when I play.

To finalize, if there are mistakes and unclear statements in the post, I'm sorry as English is not my primary language and I'm truly rusty writing it.

Good day to all.

Maybe Toughness or Extra Channel if he wants to be a Healbot?

Fast question,

If the ranger had a BAB of +8, would he be obligated to take the full penalty (-3)? In my head, he could take the wanted penalty with corresponding damage. In exemple, if he take a -2 penalty, he only has a +4 bonus on damage.

Thanks for the clarification

As we are in the Mists, my suggestion would be a cloning of the characters by a certain Lich. Remember, he would still have a bone to pick with the Count, unless the Mists would prevent the cloning?
